Men's Gold and Black Floral Dressing Gown, Luxury Velvet and Silk Robe

 

This design features all the typical elements of an old-fashioned at-home lounging robe: quilted shawl collar, pockets, tasseled waist tie. It has a bold and yet elegant allover print.

The print shows Byzantine-style gold floral ornaments and chains on a contrasting black ground, which is reminiscent of popular patterns from the 1980 and 90s, giving the gown a truly vintage look and feel. It also remind us of one of our favorite illustrations b J. C. Leyendecker.

The surface of the fabric is extremely soft and silky, which makes a great match with the cotton lining. Collar, cuffs and pockets are finished with small diamond quilting and trimmed with gold piping. Simply fasten the gown with the long tasseled waist-tie.
